Refund Policy

WedHQ is a subscription service available on monthly or annual billing, with a discount for paying annually. This policy explains how cancellations and billing work for each plan.

Monthly Plans

Monthly plan: You can cancel anytime, with no lock-in contract. You’ll keep using the plan for the rest of the billing period you’ve already paid for; there’s no refund because you simply use out what you paid for.

Annual Plans

Annual plan: You can also cancel anytime, but there’s no refund or credit for the unused part of the annual period. Cancelling only stops the plan from renewing next year.

Free Trial

You receive 60 days free. A card is required when your trial starts, but your first payment is only taken after the trial ends. Cancel during your trial and you won't be charged.

Returns and Exchanges

WedHQ provides ongoing access to software rather than a physical product, so we don't offer returns or exchanges.

Billing Errors and Technical Issues

If you believe you've been charged in error, or a technical issue is preventing you from using WedHQ, contact us at hello@wedhq.com.au and we'll look into it.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
