Refund Policy

WedHQ is a subscription service available on monthly or annual billing, with a discount for paying annually. This policy explains how cancellations and billing work for each plan.

Monthly Plans

Monthly plan: You can cancel anytime, with no lock-in contract. You’ll keep using the plan for the rest of the billing period you’ve already paid for; there’s no refund because you simply use out what you paid for.

Annual Plans

Annual plan: You can also cancel anytime, but there’s no refund or credit for the unused part of the annual period. Cancelling only stops the plan from renewing next year.

Free Trial

From 1 November 2026, you receive 30 days free with no card needed to start (venues that joined before then received 60 days). You are not charged during your trial, and you do not need a card to start it, so you have the full trial period to decide if WedHQ is right for your venue. Cancel during your trial and you won't be charged. Switching plans during your trial is free.

Plan Changes and Account Credit

If you upgrade partway through a billing period, monthly or annual, you're only charged the pro-rata difference for the time remaining. If you downgrade, the unused part of your previous plan is added as credit to your WedHQ account and comes off your next invoices automatically. Account credit isn't refunded as cash; it stays on your account for future billing.

Renewal Reminders

Annual plans renew automatically. We email you 7 days and 2 days before each annual renewal so you can change or cancel your plan from your billing page beforehand.

Returns and Exchanges

WedHQ provides ongoing access to software rather than a physical product, so we don't offer returns or exchanges.

Billing Errors and Technical Issues

If you believe you've been charged in error, or a technical issue is preventing you from using WedHQ, contact us at hello@wedhq.com.au and we'll look into it.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
